I'm sure some of you may know about Poise, it's a drum software made by an independent developer.
But I just came across it this week, so I had to do a review on it.

why I like it over other drum software?
most drum sampler developers don't 'get it' especially for folks like us who are used to hardware.
a simple program that let's you add multiple layers on one pad, tweak each layer, and create new sounds that we can use in our daw
this joint has up to 16 outputs, so each pad can be sent to it's own track in your daw.

mono/poly mode, note on/oneshot mode, you can link pads, you can have 8 layers per pad, adjust start/end, pitch, amp, filter, etc for each layer separately or all layers together. You can also set the pads to cut each other off, sorta like 'mute groups'.it reads wav, aiff, and mpc snd format
as you can tell, i'm pretty excited about it.only thing that may suck is that it's only a vst for windows. but if you have a mac application that can use vsts you should be good.
